3. Pricing Practices

• We promote the responsible disposal of electrical waste (e-waste) in accordance with the Waste Act 59 of 2008.
• Packaging materials are selected to minimise environmental impact where commercially viable.
• We encourage customers to return end-of-life electrical components for proper recycling.
• We comply with the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations applicable to our sector.

3. Energy and Emissions

• We actively promote energy-efficient products including LED lighting and solar components.
• We aim to reduce unnecessary energy consumption in our operations.
• We support South Africa's transition to renewable energy and actively stock solar and renewable energy products.

4. Supplier Standards

In terms of the Labour Relations Act 66 of 1995, Basic Conditions of Employment Act 75 of 1997, and Employment Equity Act 55 of 1998
