These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the B Shocked Electrical website (bshockedelectrical.co.za) and the purchase of goods and services from B Shocked Electrical (CIPC Registration No. K2020235757) ("the Company", "we", "us"). All transactions are subject to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Customers have the right to receive goods that are of good quality, in good working order and free from defects. Where goods do not conform to these requirements, customers are entitled to request a repair, replacement, or refund within six (6) months of delivery.

3. Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) — Act 25 of 2002

All online transactions are governed by the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002. You have the right to cancel an electronic transaction within seven (7) business days of receipt of goods, subject to the provisions of the CPA and ECTA.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery provided goods are in their original, unopened condition. Custom-configured or specially ordered items are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the Company receiving the returned goods and confirming their condition.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's liability for any claim arising from the supply of goods or services shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods in question. The Company is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

9. Amendments
